I used to be all about my career, working in a demanding and prestigious industry, pouring my energy into climbing the ladder. I naively believed my ambition and success would naturally attract a high-value partner. But instead, I found myself exhausted, surrounded by the very men I wanted to attract but unable to connect with them.

Desperation took hold, and I eventually settled for a relationship that was far below what I deserved. That painful chapter taught me the biggest lesson of my life: success in love requires more than ambition or settling. It demands intentional growth and transformation.

That realization sparked a journey of leveling up—physically, mentally, and spiritually—that led me to attract my dream man and build the life and family I’d always wanted.

Everything I teach in my courses and private coaching is reverse-engineered from the exact steps I took to create these results. Building a thriving relationship and family after my setbacks isn’t just a testament to resilience; it’s proof that I’ve walked this path, and I can guide you along yours.

In addition to my personal experience, I’m a Certified Trauma Therapist (IICT & IAOTH accredited) and an ICF-accredited Life Coach. My unique approach combines the depth of therapy with the action-oriented power of coaching to provide transformative results for my private clients.
